This is our first time to cook this dish and I must say it's very delicious even the kids loved it so much. Had to cook it again the next day for their "baon" in school. Fresh Lumpia or Lumpiang Sariwa, is again one of our family's favorite. Bukod sa healthy sya kasi puro gulay ang halo nya, masarap pa siya. Balot sa Lumpia wrapper or hindi, masarap pa rin. Kasama sa video ang #SpecialPeanutSauce, just follow the steps and the ingredients na ginamit ko sure magiging masarap ang luto nyo.
A different style of cooking Yellowfin Tuna, simmered in spices with a bit of vinegar then adding the creamy coconut milk, gently simmered till it's fully cooked with the green chilies and pechay greens. Our family's favorite :)
Ingredients:
1 kilo Yellow Fin Tuna / Tambakol, cleaned and cut into serving pieces
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
2 medium-size onion, sliced
1 pc ginger, thumb-sized, cut into strips (or you may use more)
1 tbsp ground black pepper
2 pcs green chillis
500 grams petchay leaves
1 cup white vinegar or pure cane vinegar (use more it you want the sauce
to be on the sour taste)
2 cups coconut milk (pure coconut cream, you may use more)

Guys, ito ang authentic way to cook Sinatolan, luto ng hipag kong si Lyn. Salamat Sis :) Ang sarap nya, gumamit kami ng crabs at hipon sa video pero pwede kahit Sardinas ang gamitin, pwede din manok or daing na isda. Dahil masarap sya, malakas sa kanin, pwede rin dalhin sa potluck kasi kakaibang recipe at bihira matikman sa handaan. Sana ma-try nyo itong recipe :)

Ingredients:
3/4 kilo Santol na kinudkod or kinayod
2 tbsps cooking oil
2 tbsps garlic, chopped
2 medium onions
Slices of ginger
Few stalks Tanglad (lemon grass)
1 cup boiled pork, sliced
few pieces of crabs (optional)
few pieces of shrimps (optional)
Or you can use any of the following : chicken, cut into small pieces, ground pork, dried fish, or sardines in can
