Ingredients: 5 whole eggs 1 can condensed milk 370 ml 1 can evaporated milk 380 grams 1 tbsp calamansi or lemon juice 8 tbsps white sugar

Ube Jelly Pearl Surprise | Pang-Negosyo Recipe | Mura at Masarap Pang-Potluck

Ingredients:

Ube Jelly

1 pack Unflavored Gelatin

4 cups  Water

1 cup   Sugar

4-6 tbsps Ube Condensed Milk

 ½ cup Evaporated milk

Note:  You can add more evaporated milk, just lessen the water

White Jelly:

1 pack White Jelly (6 cups water according to package direction) 

4 cups water

 1/2 cup white sugar

 1/2 cup Evaporated milk

1/2 bar Cheese, cut into small cube

Note: I've lessen the water para mas firm ang jelly,   You can add more evaporated milk, just lessen the water

Sauce :

1 can, Kremdensada

1/2 pack condensed milk

1 cup Small Sago or Pearls
