This
Filipino version of Macaroni Salad is loaded with shredded chicken, pineapple
tidbits and other yummy ingredients. My parents taught us how to make this and the
other salad recipes we know. Growing up
we were exposed to good food as my father is a foodie himself. This recipe is
hearty and delicious, a must-have for any party or celebration.
Ingredients:
1 kilo
Macaroni Pasta
½ kilo
Chicken, boiled and shredded
Or 2 cans
Chicken in Broth
6 slices of
Ham, fried and cut into cubes
1 medium
can Pineapple tidbits or crushed
Pineapple
juice (from the tidbits)
1 cup Pickle
Relish (or more)
1 tbsp rock
salt
3-4 tbsps raisins
3-4 tbsps cheese, cut into small cubes

2-3 cups mayonnaise (or more if needed)
1 tetra pack All Purpose Cream (optional)
salt to taste
