Veggie Ukoy (Veggie Fritters)

 

Ingredients:

2 med Camote

250 grams squash

2 med carrots

1 cup flour

1 cup cornstarch

2 med red onion

3 tbsps Leeks

1 tsp salt  

1 tsp pepper

1 cup cold lemon soda

1 pc egg

1 tsp salt  

1 tsp pepper


Sawsawang Suka:

1/2 cup suka

1 tbsp diced onion

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp white sugar

few slies of green chili
