FISH LUMPIANG SHANGHAI


Ingredients:
½ kilo Bangus or any fish you prefer (ex. Tambakol, Cream Dori, or Labahita)
1 -2 cups water
3-4 tbsps soysauce
Salt & pepper
2 tbsps cooking oil
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
3 tbsps onion, diced
1 small green bellpepper
2 stalks celery, chopped
¼ kilo ground pork or chicken (optional)
3-4 tbsps soy sauce
½ tsp black pepper
1 small carrot, chopped
2-3 tbsps oyster sauce
2-3 tbsps pickles

2 pcs whole eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
20-30 pcs lumpiawrappers (big)

Cooked paste for sealing the lumpia

1 cup cooking oil, for frying
