SUSHI BAKE (BAKED SUSHI)



Ingredients the Kani Mixture:
250 grams Crab Sticks
2 tbsps Sour Cream
4-5 tbps Japanese Mayonnaise
1 tsp Sriracha

Furikake (Japanese Rice Seasoning)

Scrambled eggs:
dash of salt & pepper
1 tsp white sugar

3 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup vinegar
dash of salt & pepper
1 tsp white sugar

Nori / Japanese Seaweeds

FURIKAKE Recpe Hack (Japanese Rice Seasoning)


Ingredients:
2 sheets of Nori / Japanese Seaweeds
200 grams sesame seeds
1 can Tuna in Brine, drained (or you may want to use the hot & spicy variant)
1/2 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp white sugar
